Megan Grunander, MD, FACS
Dr. Megan Grunander is a highly skilled and experienced general surgeon specializing in trauma and surgical critical care. Born and raised in the Ogden area, Dr. Grunander received her medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her specialized training in General Surgery at Harbor UCLA, where she served as Chief Resident. She is double board-certified in General Surgery and Trauma/Critical Care after completing a fellowship at Cedars-Sinai.
Dr. Grunander is committed to providing comprehensive surgical care to patients in the Ogden area. She performs surgeries at local hospitals including McKay Dee Hospital, Ogden Regional Medical Center, and Mount Ogden Surgical Center. She also offers screening colonoscopies to detect colon cancer and other abnormalities.
In addition to her surgical practice, Dr. Grunander is an assistant professor for the University of Utah School of Medicine and serves on the admissions committee. She is also a member of the Board of Directors at Ogden Clinic.
