Foundation House at Northgate, a non-profit company, has been providing a safe and reliable community for assisted living and independent living residents since 1997. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including increased costs and decreased revenue, the organization has made the difficult decision to close its doors. The closure will take place on September 30, 2021 for assisted living facilities and October 31, 2021 for independent living facilities. FHN is committed to ensuring a smooth and safe transition for its residents to their alternative living arrangements and will continue to provide exceptional service and care until the closure dates.
