Specialized Fabrication Equipment (S.F.E.) Group is a leading provider of pipe fabrication tools and equipment. The group was formed in 2019 after the merger of B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools LLC, Mathey Dearman Inc., TAG Pipe Equipment Specialists, and later the addition of AXXAIR Group. Each brand within S.F.E. Group offers a unique range of products.

Mathey Dearman, founded in the United States in the 1930s, specializes in pipe rigging equipment, including pipe cutting and beveling machines, alignment clamps, and rigging products. B&B Pipe & Industrial Tools, established in Houston in the 1990s, focuses on pipe handling equipment such as jacks, stands, rollers, and material handling carts. TAG Pipe Equipment Specialists, founded in the UK in 1985, is known for its cold cutting and beveling machines.

AXXAIR joined S.F.E. Group with its expertise in orbital cutting, tube beveling, squaring, and orbital welding. The company offers a wide range of cutting machines, squaring machines, and welding heads for various applications.

PPM (Pipe Purge Masters) is S.F.E. Group's brand dedicated to pipe purging equipment such as inflatable purge bags, welding purge plugs, double seal purge systems, oxygen monitors, and pipe stoppers.

Fit-Up Pro by Mathey Dearman specializes in pipe alignment tools including clamps for flange fit-up and alignment wedges.
